This is a not for profit project run by a very small team of volunteer Officers and Cadets. The site is packed full of exam guidance, news and articles which will be of interest to all Merchant Navy Officers and Cadets. It’s a place where seafarers can go to learn and to share our knowledge with others.
We also wanted to create a place where Officers and Cadets could come together and discuss anything and everything that effects our industry. Thus the ‘Officers Mess discussion forum was created.
